This series of polyurethane foam-filled wheel assemblies are specially tailored to serve as rear wheel components for electric wheelchairs. Each wheel adopts a two-layer composite structure, with premium rubber shells as the outer layer and microporous polyurethane elastic material fully filled inside the tire cavity through dedicated forming techniques. The foam material distributes evenly without empty gaps, bringing steady shock absorption during daily travel. To secure stable surface friction and outstanding wear resistance, we cooperate with reputable tire manufacturers for rubber outer casings. Our mainstream rubber suppliers are Cheng Shin and Innova, both famous brands with mature rubber blending technology. The perfect match of branded rubber shells and integrated foam filler greatly optimizes riding stability and extends the overall service life of wheelchair rear wheels.

We kicked off our polyurethane material manufacturing business back in 2015 in Xiamen, starting out as a dedicated maker of custom PU wheel components for mobility aids. After two years of steady market expansion, we shifted all large-scale production workshops to Longyan in 2017 to expand output capacity and streamline on-site production workflows.

Right now our business runs two separate functional bases with clear division of labor. The Xiamen branch is stationed inside the CAS Haixi Institute Rare Earth Materials Research Center, serving as our core technical lab for joint material research and formula iteration. The Longyan park acts as our centralized mass production factory, housing full molding, filling and assembly production lines. We also run a secondary subsidiary specializing in PU/PIR ventilation duct thermal insulation panels, covering two major industrial tracks: mobility accessory foam parts and HVAC thermal insulation materials.

Co-Development Platform With Research Institutes & Senior Technical

Our in-house technical team boasts more than two decades of practical experience fine-tuning polyurethane formulas and perfecting foam forming techniques. Rather than only conducting independent internal trials, we've established enduring collaborative research links with two authoritative academic research bodies.

We've set up a dedicated joint research lab alongside the Rare Earth Materials Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Meanwhile, we keep consistent technical communication with Professor Tang from Sichuan University's Polymer Engineering faculty. Our factory engineers and university researchers cooperate closely on material modification trials, performance upgrades and new product development projects. Every exclusive foam formula developed from joint lab testing is put into mass production for our wheel and foam products, helping us create unique performance edges that set us apart from ordinary manufacturers in the market.

We develop five core series of polyurethane finished items to form our complete product portfolio, among which microcellular solid wheel tires account for 70 percent of our overall sales revenue. The rigid foam filling pieces work as standard auxiliary materials for carbon-fiber wheelchairs, fishing gear and model plane accessories.
