Foam Filled Tires
Polyurethane foam-filled tires, commonly abbreviated as FF tires, are composed of two core components: an outer rubber casing and an internal filler made of microcellular polyurethane elastomer. This tire variant boasts outstanding merits including zero inflation requirement, puncture resistance, no flat tires, excellent shock absorption, maintenance-free operation and reliable safety. It has gained extensive application on wheelchairs, electric mobility scooters, baby strollers, service robots, tool trolleys and athletic gear. The product retains the classic visual appeal of conventional rubber tires that customers prefer, while overcoming all drawbacks of pneumatic tires-such as vulnerability to punctures, air leakage, sudden deflation and the hassle of regular upkeep.


Dual-Layer Composite Craft Breakdown
Different from simple post-filled foam tires on the market, our product adopts one-time spin casting foaming craft inside complete Cheng Shin rubber casing:
- Outer Cheng Shin Rubber Layer
Custom rubber formula with moderate hardness tailored for mobility travel. Horizontal drainage grooves on the tread quickly drain rainwater to avoid slipping on wet roads. Thickened sidewalls resist scratches from curbs and sharp stones, slowing aging and cracking under long-term sunlight exposure. The rubber bead locks tightly onto standard 4.00-5 wheel rims without slipping under heavy loads.
- Injected Microcellular PU Foam Core
We inject high-density modified polyurethane into the whole tire cavity under constant temperature spinning equipment. Foam pores stay evenly distributed between 50–100μm after curing. No hollow areas or hard blocks inside the tire, so rolling resistance stays consistent from left to right side. The foam maintains stable elasticity under -10℃ to 50℃ temperature change, no softening in summer or hardening in winter.

Settled in Xiamen Rare Earth Materials Research Center, Haixi Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences. We build a university-enterprise joint lab on this national-level research platform to research eco-friendly foaming formulas and lightweight modified materials, realizing the transformation from lab technology to industrial mass production.
UNT Xinyonghua Subsidiary
Independently operates HVAC thermal insulation panel business. We produce PU/PIR insulation cores for ventilation ducts, supply duct accessories and processing tools, and provide on-site technical guidance for duct system installation to engineering clients.

- PU Microcellular Solid Tires
Adopting eco-friendly water-blown foaming technology, the internal foam pores are uniformly controlled at 50-100 microns, delivering better shock absorption, load-bearing and wear resistance than ordinary PU tires. The tires feature puncture resistance, maintenance-free performance, low noise and high load capacity. Application: Electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters, walkers, shared e-bikes, baby strollers, AGV robots and small agricultural machinery. We specialize in one-piece molded custom parts for medical equipment armrests, backrests, seat cushions and infant car seats. The dense outer skin is waterproof while the inner layer provides cushioning, and custom irregular shapes can be developed per client drawings.
