Flat Proof Tire Foam
Flat Proof Tire Foam (also known as maintenance-free foam filled tires) are professional non-pneumatic tires constructed with a top-quality rubber exterior and a high-density microcellular polyurethane foam inner core. Manufactured with cutting-edge centrifugal casting technology, the foam filler is uniformly distributed and securely bonded to the rubber tire for enhanced stability and durability. These tires offer complete puncture resistance, require no inflation, and are totally maintenance-free. They also deliver superior cushioning, low-noise operation and long-lasting performance. They are widely applied in electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters, prams, robotic equipment, industrial trolleys and various medical mobility devices.
What is Flat Proof Tire Foam
Flat Proof Tire Foam refers to a kind of flat free tire that uses microcellular polyurethane foam instead of air to support the tire structure. It eliminates hidden troubles such as puncture, air leakage and flat tire completely. It combines the grip and wear resistance of rubber tires with the cushioning and stability of PU foam, making it the safest and most reliable tire for mobility equipment.

Under scanning electron microscope (SEM), our Flat Proof Tire Foam shows a uniform and stable open-cell structure. Most cell diameters are controlled between 50–100 microns. This unique microstructure brings high resilience, excellent cushioning, stable load-bearing and long service life.
