Different from conventional inflatable tyres which are prone to air leakage and puncture damage, our wheelchair polyurethane solid tyres are manufactured via one-piece integral moulding with premium polyurethane as the base material. We tailor the material formula specifically for wheelchairs, which run at low speed and travel on varied road surfaces with frequent starts and stops. The finished products strike a perfect balance between structural toughness and flexible elasticity.
This tyre design abandons inner tubes and air inflation completely. Even when rolling across gravel, dry branches and tiny sharp debris on the road, the tyre body remains intact without flat tyres. The optimized surface structure also lowers rolling resistance noticeably, making pushing much easier for caregivers and users. Every product has passed multiple simulated field tests, ensuring stable performance during long-term use in households, hospitals and elderly care centres.

Material & Craft Advantages
We exclusively adopt brand-new modified polyurethane raw materials instead of recycled materials. Anti-ageing and anti-ultraviolet components are added during raw material blending. The tyres will not harden, crack or permanently deform even if exposed to sunlight for a long time or placed in humid indoor environments.
We adopt precision constant-temperature and constant-pressure integral moulding technology. Polyurethane materials are fully formed inside professional moulds, delivering evenly distributed density across the entire tyre. There are no soft spots or uneven hardness inside the product. Compared with ordinary solid tyres, our goods feature more consistent elasticity, and will not suffer from abnormal wear or unilateral deviation during rolling. The surface texture is designed according to actual road conditions, which guarantees basic grip without creating extra rolling friction.

Brand Background & Operational Network
Starting operations in Xiamen in late 2015, Aleader initially focused on developing and prototyping bespoke polyurethane parts for overseas rehabilitation equipment brands. After two years of steady market growth, we relocated our main production workshops to Longyan to scale up manufacturing capacity. Between 2020 and 2023, we successively set up multiple specialized subsidiaries to refine our business layout.
Today, our group operates across three distinct business segments. Our central R&D team is based at the Xiamen Rare Earth Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, while full-scale standardized production takes place at our facility in Longyan Innovation Park. We also run a separate branch that specializes in polyurethane insulation boards for HVAC ventilation systems.
Our core expertise lies in developing modified polyurethane materials and manufacturing finished parts. We mainly deliver tailored PU components for mobility aids and medical rehabilitation gear, and meanwhile keep enriching our foam product range to serve industries beyond our core field.


R&D Partnership & Technical Strength
Our technical team boasts more than two decades of hands-on experience in polyurethane formula research and development. Rather than working independently, we maintain long-standing in-depth technical partnerships with the College of Polymer Science and Engineering at Sichuan University, as well as the Xiamen Institute of Rare Earths, Chinese Academy of Sciences. We work side by side with Professor Tang's team to upgrade modified polyurethane formulas continuously, turning cutting-edge lab results into market-ready products.
We have set up a dedicated joint testing laboratory within the CAS campus. All work including raw material selection, micropore structure optimization and long-term durability tests is completed here prior to full-scale production. Our R&D staff cover material research, mould design and product performance tuning. We are able to flexibly adjust product density, hardness and elasticity to fit the varied operating requirements put forward by different clients.

We offer a full selection of polyurethane products across five main lines: microcellular solid PU tyres, high-rebound foam components, integral moulded parts, bulk PU sponge materials, and custom rigid foam fillers for carbon fibre wheelchairs.
Our solid tyres and related mobility parts are widely adopted by established brands including WHILL, INNTCO, FEISHEN and JBH. Our high-density memory foam pillows are officially manufactured for global bedding leader Sealy. We also craft bespoke integral foam armrests and seat cushions for medical equipment makers at home and abroad. Our rigid foam fillers serve carbon fibre wheelchairs, fishing gear and model aircraft sectors. For many years, our products have been shipped to Europe, North America, Southeast Asia and Oceania, earning consistent repeat orders from long-term global clients.
