Founded back in 2015, our business started in Xiamen and later expanded production capacities in Longyan. We are a practical tech-focused manufacturer that focuses on developing and producing a full range of polyurethane goods. Our product lineup covers microcellular elastomer tyres, high-resilience foam parts, integral skin components, PU sponge raw materials and custom foam inserts designed for carbon fibre wheelchairs. Every item we make follows unified production norms, complying with ISO7176, GB/T18029 and GB/T12996. All products have passed RoHS and REACH environmental tests. Goods designed for infants meet GS safety rules, while our bicycle tyre series holds valid TUV certification.

Our technical team has decades of hands-on experience in PU material research. We keep close technical ties with the Xiamen Institute of Rare Earths, Chinese Academy of Sciences, as well as the School of Polymer Science and Engineering at Sichuan University. Joint research helps us keep upgrading formulas and launching new items steadily. Our core business is to deliver tailor-made PU component solutions for rehabilitation gear and daily mobility equipment across the globe.

We have jointly set up professional research laboratories with the Xiamen Institute of Rare Earths and Sichuan University. Professor Tang from the School of Polymer Science and Engineering leads the joint technical team to develop new formulas and turn laboratory research results into marketable finished products.

Our in-house testing lab is equipped with more than ten sets of advanced professional testing machines, including vision measuring devices, gravel impact testers, runout testers, Akron abrasion machines, rolling performance testers, continuous running test equipment, salt spray testers, pressure recovery testers, universal material testers, UV aging cabinets and temperature & humidity test chambers.

Before delivery, each batch of goods will go through full performance tests to keep quality under strict control. Supported by years of technical accumulation, we can provide one-to-one customized services. We can adjust product sizes, tread patterns, material hardness and hub structures according to actual usage demands from clients, to meet personalized matching requirements for different devices.

To keep pace with changing market demands, we keep investing resources into new product development. At present, four new product lines are under intensive research and development: anti-slip tyres suitable for wet road surfaces, ultra-light solid tyres, ETPU foam filled rubber tyres and self-sealing anti-puncture tyres.

The wet-proof anti-slip tyres adopt improved PU formulas, which can shorten braking distance by 10%–15% on wet ground. The lightweight series uses high-strength modified materials, lowering material density from 0.6 g/cm³ to 0.4 g/cm³, perfectly matching the lightweight design trend of carbon fibre wheelchairs. ETPU filled tyres adopt exclusive in-mold curing technology, featuring light weight and smooth rolling performance. The self-sealing tyres use special inner coating to realize automatic sealing after being pierced by sharp objects.
