Polyurethane Tire – Advantages & Applications
Polyurethane tires boast remarkable comprehensive performance. They are puncture-proof and never need inflating, while offering excellent shock absorption and quiet operation. They are commonly equipped on wheelchairs, mobility scooters, bicycles, baby strollers, electric scooters and tool carts for diverse daily and industrial use.
- A. Preparation.
Get semi-finished solid tires, wheel rims, screws, nuts and other accessories ready. Meanwhile, set up and debug the assembly equipment to ensure it works properly before operation.
- B. Assembly.
Follow the official operational standards and specifications to mount tires onto rims in strict accordance with required procedures.
- C. Finishing & Packaging.
Conduct side impact and runout tests on assembled products. Only qualified goods will go through cleaning procedures and then be packaged for delivery.

Product Range
We have developed a complete product lineup based on mature PU manufacturing technology, including PU microcellular solid tires, high-resilience PU products, integral skin foam items, PU sponge materials and PU rigid foam inserts for carbon fiber wheelchairs.
Our PU solid tires are long-term suppliers for renowned brands of electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters and robots worldwide. Our PU memory foam pillows are supplied to international bedding brand Sealy. Custom integral skin foam products are widely used for armrests, backrests and cushions of medical devices, as well as baby seats. PU rigid foam inserts are applicable to carbon fiber wheelchairs, fishing tackles and model aircraft.
R&D & Production Capacity
With over 20 years of experience in polyurethane R&D, we have a professional technical team. We have established long-term industry-university-research cooperation with the Institute of Rare Earths, Chinese Academy of Sciences and College of Polymer Science and Engineering, Sichuan University, jointly promoting technology research and industrialization.
Equipped with an independent laboratory and more than ten sets of advanced testing equipment, we conduct strict inspections on wear resistance, aging, tension, runout and impact throughout production. Our annual output of PU tires and related products reaches 2 million pieces. We also provide full customization services on product size, tread pattern, physical performance and rim design.
