Founded in Xiamen back in late 2015, Aleader kicked off its business focusing on customized polyurethane component trial production for overseas rehabilitation equipment brands. After two years of stable market accumulation, core production workshops shifted to Longyan to expand production scale, and the group gradually completed segmented company registration from 2020 to 2023. Presently the group runs two core operating hubs: the R&D headquarters stationed inside Xiamen Rare Earth Research Institute under Chinese Academy of Sciences, and standardized production base settled within Longyan Innovation Park, alongside an independent subsidiary focusing on HVAC duct PU insulation panel manufacture. Centered on modified polyurethane material R&D and finished-component manufacturing, the enterprise devotes core business to customized PU accessories for mobility and medical rehabilitation industries while expanding diversified PU foam product lines for cross-industry application.

Our core R&D team has accumulated over 20 years of frontline practice in polyurethane formulation development. Instead of isolated in-house research, we build long-term deep technical cooperation with Sichuan University Polymer School and Xiamen Institute of Rare Earths, CAS, cooperating closely with Professor Tang's research team to iterate new modified PU formulas and realize lab achievement transformation into mass-produced commodities. An exclusive joint test lab has been built at the CAS research park, where raw material formulation screening, micropore structural optimization and new product durability verification get finished before formal mass production. R&D personnel cover material development, mold design and performance adjustment, enabling flexible modification of product density, hardness and resilience to match diversified working conditions from different clients.

Our product matrix contains five core categories: microcellular solid PU tyres, high-resilience foam parts, integral skin molded components, PU sponge raw stock and customized rigid foam filling for carbon fiber wheelchairs. Beyond mainstream wheelchair and mobility scooter tyres supplied to well-known brands such as WHILL, INNTCO, FEISHEN and JBH, our high-density memory foam pillows have become certified OEM supplier for international bedding giant Sealy; integral skin armrests and seat cushions are customized for multiple domestic and overseas medical device manufacturers; rigid foam inserts are widely matched with carbon fiber wheelchairs, fishing equipment and model aircraft production. Our finished goods are exported to Europe, North America, Southeast Asia and Oceania for years with steady repeat orders from global partners.
