Development Milestone
Our development path follows step-by-step industrial layout instead of blind capacity expansion. The company kicked off business with Xiamen Aleader Tire establishment in late 2015, focusing on small-batch PU wheel sample development for overseas rehabilitation brands. In 2017, core production workshop migrated to Longyan to unlock larger space for production line construction. 2020 marked the founding of Longyan Aleader Tire & Wheel Industrial Co., Ltd, formally splitting finished tyre assembly business as independent division. Two critical milestones came in 2023: Xiamen R&D branch officially settled in CAS Rare Earth Institute for joint lab cooperation, alongside the registration of Aleader(Longyan) New Material Co., Ltd which entered Longyan Innovation Industrial Park with government high-tech enterprise supportive policies. Every node of expansion is driven by technical iteration and client order growth rather than passive market expansion.
R&D & Joint Research Strength
We own an in-house R&D team accumulating over 20 years of comprehensive polyurethane formulation experience, and build long-term fixed joint R&D mechanism with two top-tier academic institutions: Xiamen Institute of Rare Earth Materials under Chinese Academy of Sciences and Sichuan University College of Polymer Science & Engineering, cooperating closely with Professor Tang from Sichuan University polymer faculty on new modified PU raw material development. We have built an exclusive joint laboratory inside CAS research park, where raw material modification, cell structure optimization and new formula trial all get verified before formal mass production. Apart from material R&D, our technical group covers product structural design, mould development and performance tuning, capable of adjusting foam density, hardness, resilience from raw material end to realize customized product performance matching varied load and usage environment requirements.
