Technical Strength
We bring more than 20 years of professional experience in polyurethane research and development. We have established long-term strategic cooperation with the Institute of Rare Earths, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the College of Polymer Science and Engineering at Sichuan University. Together, we have built joint R&D centers to drive continuous material and technological innovation. Our in-house professional laboratory is equipped with more than 10 sets of advanced testing equipment, supporting independent R&D, performance verification, stable mass production, and efficient commercialization of patented technologies.

The tire is constructed from high-density microcellular polyurethane material, featuring a uniform internal cell structure that delivers consistent elasticity, excellent shock absorption, and long-lasting performance. The wheel rim is made of reinforced lightweight alloy or high-strength engineering plastic, offering exceptional structural stability, durability, and load-bearing capacity. The wheel assembly adopts an integrated one-piece molding process, ensuring a tight and firm bond between the tire and rim without deformation or separation. The surface is treated with a matte anti-slip finish, which enhances wear resistance, provides a secure grip, and maintains an attractive appearance for daily use.
