1. Aleader Tire's New Product Development Process

A. Development Evaluation;

According to the drawings, samples or demand information provided by the customers, design, drawing, evaluation and product parameters are carried out to the customers,and they are reviewed and confirmed by the customers.

B. Development Input;

After confirming according to the customer's review, output the mold drawing, fitting drawing, finished product drawing and corresponding standard parameters.

C. Proofing;

Send the mold drawing to the supplier for mold opening, and the customer must prepay 50% of the mold opening deposit before mold opening. After the mold is completed,the first mold trial, mold confirmation, proofing, and testing are required.

D. Sample confirmation;

Make samples and send them to customers for confirmation.

E.Small batch trial production order;

After sample delivery is OK, the customer needs to place a small batch order for small batch trial production to confirm the stability of the production and the final confirmation of the product standard drawings, and at the same time to confirm the sealing samples of the samples of both parties.

F. Mass production

The production is carried out according to the standards confirmed by both parties, and the customer conducts the final acceptance of the mold. After the acceptance is passed, the customer will deliver the remaining 50% of the balance of the mold.
