Founded in Xiamen in 2015, the brand stepped into the R&D field of polyurethane polymer materials, then built self-owned production parks in Longyan to set up dual operation hubs for technical research and mass manufacturing. The group runs two separate business divisions with differentiated positioning. The Xiamen R&D station settles at CAS Haixi Rare Earth Institute to cooperate with top material specialists and build long-term industry-university-research links. Two manufacturing units operate in Longyan: the core factory mass-produces full PU fittings for mobility rehabilitation, while Xinyonghua workshop develops PU/PIR ventilation insulation panels, supporting processing accessories and on-site installation guidance, accepting customized orders for two major industries simultaneously.
The core founding goal of the brand is to produce safe, convenient and durable polymer accessories for global end users, with medium-long term target to grow into benchmark integrated service provider for worldwide PU material application. Three operational principles run through the whole industrial chain: review and adjust business plans dynamically after implementation, sustain technical breakthroughs to guarantee stable long-term operation, build clear promotion paths for staff and undertake social responsibilities actively. All team members work with unity and pragmatism, adhering to quality priority, innovation-driven and win-win cooperation to expand global partnerships steadily.
All micro tires adopt eco water-blown production craft, all finished goods pass dual RoHS & REACH environmental tests, infant foam accessories hold European GS certificates, and bicycle PU wheels obtain official TUV credentials. Under electron microscope observation, the cell size stably ranges from 50 to 100 microns with even open-cell distribution, delivering balanced outstanding performance in shock absorption, load capacity and impact resistance. The one-piece solid molding structure needs no regular inflation maintenance, boasts excellent wear and aging resistance, and enables long stable travel on all complex indoor and outdoor roads to greatly cut later maintenance cost.
In 2023, our factory co-built standard shared research lab with Xiamen Rare Earth Institute, CAS, sharing professional lab space to develop IP-owned new polymer materials and realize mass production. Long in-depth technical cooperation is established with Professor Tang's research group from Sichuan University to tackle two core research projects: modified polyurethane and innovative foaming systems. The internal tech R&D team accumulates over 20 years of frontline PU manufacturing experience, capable of independently finishing formula iteration, custom mold design and full-range product upgrading.
