- Unlike ordinary solid tires with consistent rigid hardness, our airless tires adopt a graded microporous density structure. The outer layer features moderate hardness to offer reliable traction and resist surface abrasion, while the inner core retains flexible toughness to absorb vibrations generated on uneven terrain.
- Made of pure eco-friendly polyurethane free of recycled fillers and impurities, these tires maintain stable structural performance. They effectively resist brittleness, cracking and permanent indentation under continuous rolling and heavy compression.
- Thanks to integrated molding, there are no internal voids inside the tire. This ensures consistent overall performance and extends service life.
2. Testing of 7x2 Inch Wheels:
Aleader is equipped with over ten sets of professional testing equipment, including tyre abrasion testers and wheel torsion strength testers.
We carry out testing across every stage: starting from raw material inspection, followed by load limit tests on finished wheels and cyclic wear tests for tyres. Precise data backs every production procedure.

4. Production & QC Facilities
Product performance tests are mainly carried out in our independent on-site quality inspection laboratory instead of fully relying on third-party institutions. The lab is equipped with Akron abrasion testers, bump durability test benches, impact testers, salt spray aging chambers, temperature & humidity cycling cabinets, universal tensile testers, gravel road simulators and rolling flatness testers. We operate under the ISO9001:2015 quality management system and complete standardized management documents, covering incoming raw material inspection, in-process patrol inspection, finished product delivery standards, non-conforming product disposal and closed-loop customer feedback management. Test records are archived from raw material warehousing to finished product loading. All standard products comply with RoHS and REACH regulations. Products for children obtain German GS certification. Tires for rehabilitation mobility equipment meet the international wheelchair standard ISO7176 and domestic testing requirements.
