1. Solid Tire Assembly Process
A. Preparation: We prepare all required semi-finished tires, wheel rims, screws, nuts and related parts. The assembly machines are checked and adjusted before mass production to avoid assembly errors.
B. Assembly: Tires are assembled following standard internal procedures for foam-filled and PU foam wheelchair tires to ensure consistent fitting and structural stability.
C. Finished Product Inspection & Packaging: Every finished tire is tested for side impact resistance and roundness runout. Defective products are sorted out. Qualified goods are cleaned and packed before delivery.
2. Flat-Free Tire Material & Quality Control
A. PU Material
a. Raw Material Sourcing: Our PU raw materials are imported from well-known suppliers including DOW, BASF and Air Products. Stable material sources ensure consistent tire hardness, elasticity and abrasion performance.
b. Incoming Quality Inspection: For each incoming batch, we perform random cup foaming tests on-site. We check foaming density, uniformity and surface condition to reject unstable raw materials.
B. Rubber Tire
a. Sourcing Standard: We adopt high-quality rubber tires from reliable mainstream brands Cheng Shin and INNOVA for steady quality.
b. Incoming Visual & Physical Inspection: We check every batch of rubber tires for yellowing, surface scratches, cracks and deformation. Unqualified parts are returned directly.
C. Supporting Accessories
a. Qualification Standard: All accessories including nylon rims, aluminum rims, steel rims, axles, hubs and screws comply with ISO 7176 wheelchair industry standards.
b. Comprehensive Incoming Inspection: We inspect accessory size accuracy, surface finish and coating adhesion. We also conduct regular tests on tensile strength, impact resistance and salt spray resistance to guarantee long-term use.
3. Factory Strength & Qualification
We focus on the production of flat-free wheelchair tires. Our size range covers 3-inch to 26-inch, including common foam-filled tires and PU foam tires for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. We support standard production and customized orders.
