One-Piece Integral Molding Structure
This 6.5-inch PU solid rubber wheel adopts a true one-piece integral molding process with no layered structure, no rubber wrapping and no internal filling splicing. The entire wheel body is formed from uniformly blended modified polyurethane rubber material at one time, featuring integrated and seamless structural performance. With precisely calibrated overall hardness and compact internal texture, the wheel body avoids structural looseness and uneven hardness common in composite wheels. Matched with precision hubs and flexible rotating bearings, the finished wheel set boasts integral rigidity and smooth rolling performance.

Q: What are your trading terms?
A: 1) Lead Time: Normally 30-35 days after receiving deposit.
2) Payment Terms: T/T (bank transfer), 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
3) Price Terms: FOB, CNF, and CIF.
4) Sample policy: Samples are always available for each model. Samples can be ready within 7 days upon receiving the sample payment.
5) Departure Port: Xiamen. We can adjust according to your needs.
Q: Where is your factory located? Can I visit?
A: Our manufacturing plant is situated in Longyan, Fujian, while our business office is based in Xiamen, within the same province. We sincerely welcome customers from all over the world to come for factory inspections and on-site visits.
Can my logo or brand be printed on the product?
Custom OEM and ODM services are both offered as requested.For our polyurethane tires, your brand logo can be printed on both the tire surface and wheel rim.As for foam-filled tires, brand marking is only available on the rim part.
To support personalized customization, we need to develop a dedicated custom mold. This will involve a mold charge and a slightly longer production lead time accordingly.
Q: Can you ship different products in a single shipment container?
A: Yes, any products you order can be shipped together.
