Aleader's rotational moulding process is an efficient technology that involves injecting foam filling material into a tyre mould. The core principle of this process is to use the mould's uniform rotation to allow the liquid foam material to evenly adhere to the inner wall of the mould under the influence of centrifugal force. During this process, the tread area, which greater centrifugal pressure, sees foam molecules tightly bonded to form a dense and robust structure, significantly enhancing wear resistance and load-bearing capacity. In contrast, the sidewall area, which relatively mild forces, retains moderate porosity, maintaining excellent elasticity and cushioning performance.

The precise distribution of the foam filling is controlled by the mould cavity design and rotation parameters, ensuring that every part achieves the pre-set density. This uniformity allows the tyre to efficiently absorb road vibrations during driving. Even when facing complex road conditions such as gravel or potholes, the foam layer can deform to offset impact forces, significantly reducing the transmission of vibrations to the vehicle body, ultimately providing drivers with a smooth and comfortable riding experience.
