Managed under the general manager, the company is divided into five core functional departments. Overseas customer inquiries are handled by an independent international business team separated from domestic order service channels to guarantee efficient communication.

• R&D Center: Formula & technology team, structural design team and new project team. We develop brand-new tread patterns and hub structures according to customer drawings.
• Business Development Department: Divided into international sales team, domestic sales team and technical support team. Dedicated technicians support overseas inquiries regarding customized specifications, load capacity and off-road working conditions.
• Manufacturing Department: Consists of production planning, equipment maintenance and multiple mass-production workshops. Flexible scheduling supports small trial orders.
• General Administration Department: Takes charge of procurement, warehousing, logistics, finance and administration. Independent packaging and shipping plans (sea freight & courier) are arranged for export orders.
• Quality Management Department: Three parallel quality control lines: system management, on-site patrol inspection and finished product testing.

We provide full-range customization services for overseas equipment manufacturers and regional distributors without the need for clients to cooperate with external mold factories, covering all customized demands for tires and matching accessories:

• Structural customization: Outer diameter, width, hub size and tire profile (flat / curved / deep off-road tread) can be adjusted as requested.
• Material performance customization: PU foam density, tire hardness, abrasion resistance and wet ground anti-slip performance can be optimized via formula modification.
• Matching hub customization: Integrated hubs and detachable tire-hub assemblies are optional, with alternative hub material solutions available.
• Flexible order quantity: MOQ can be relaxed for in-stock standard items, and tiered purchase terms are negotiable for new mold development orders. We can provide pore structure test reports, load capacity test reports and environmental compliance certificates upon delivery to meet all document requirements for EU government bidding and distributor filing.

Two independent functional laboratories are built within our industrial cluster: a joint material research lab located in Xiamen CAS research center, and a dedicated performance testing lab inside the Longyan production plant. The Xiamen joint lab is equipped with precision electron scanning microscopes to analyze internal cell structure of PU foam, observing uniform 50–100 micron micropore distribution of our proprietary tires. The Longyan testing lab deploys more than ten sets of professional testing machines, including Akron abrasion testers, rolling smoothness detectors, UV aging cabinets, salt spray corrosion equipment, universal tensile testing machines and side impact runout testers.
