The Assembly Process of Wheelchair Wheels and Tyres

a. Install the bearing pressing tooling on the assembly machine;
b. Place the lower bearing rim, bushing and bearing;
c. Start the pneumatic switch to complete the bearina pressing operation.

Company Overview
Corporate Development History
Founded in Xiamen in 2015, Xiamen Aleader Tire & Wheel Industry Co., Ltd. stepped into R&D and production of polyurethane tires. All production lines moved to Longyan in July 2017 to expand capacity and build standardized mass production workshops. Longyan Aleader Tire & Wheel Industry Co., Ltd. was registered in 2020 to realize full-range wheel manufacturing. In 2023, we set up a joint R&D lab at CAS Rare Earth Research Center and a new material base in Longyan Innovation Park. With Xiamen R&D Branch and Xinyonghua PU Board Branch, we formed an integrated industrial system covering R&D headquarters, tire production base and auxiliary material workshops.
Industry-Academia-Research Technical Backbone
With 20 years of polyurethane R&D experience, we independently finish foaming, modification and hardness adjustment without purchased formulas. Two long-term research cooperation platforms are established. We co-run an R&D center with CAS Xiamen Rare Earth Research Institute to develop microcellular foam and lightweight materials, and cooperate with Professor Tang's team from Sichuan University to mass-produce anti-slip and lightweight tires. Our self-owned lab equipped with SEM and aging testers can independently conduct full performance tests on pore structure, abrasion and load capacity.
Independent Customer Service Division & Diversified Order Modes
The enterprise divides business functions reasonably, separating customer support from the sales team to build an independent customer service section with exclusive service workflows. This team takes charge of full-dimension client services including pre-order technical drawing communication, sample progress tracking, bulk order production scheduling follow-up and post-delivery assembly troubleshooting. We support flexible order modes to fit different buyer demands: small trial batches for new product prototype testing, medium replenishment orders for brand distributors, and large-scale full OEM mass production for complete machine manufacturers. Our annual output reaches around 2 million sets of PU tires and matched foam accessories, with stable delivery capacity to support long-term bulk stocking cooperation of global partners.
