Product Summary
Developed to match various civilian mobility aids and auxiliary transport devices, this air-free PU solid tyre abandons conventional inflatable construction. Produced via mature one-shot microcellular polyurethane forming technology, it comes as a seamless solid unit without inner tubes or air chambers. This setup eliminates typical drawbacks of inflatable tyres, including gradual air loss, puncture damage and sudden deflation. Optimised flexibility, load capacity and vibration damping enable consistent, secure operation with minimal upkeep. The tyre readily accommodates everyday usage and frequent environment transitions for multiple types of mobility equipment.


Distinctive Material Composition & Structural Design
Unlike conventional solid tyres that maintain uniform rigid hardness, our airless tyre applies graded microporous density layout. The outer layer delivers balanced hardness to sustain friction grip and withstand surface abrasion, while the inner core maintains pliable toughness to absorb vibrations from uneven ground. Constructed from pure eco-grade polyurethane without recycled filler impurities, the tyre maintains reliable structural stability. It resists embrittlement, cracking and permanent indentation under sustained rolling and heavy compression. Integrated forming removes internal voids, delivering uniform performance throughout the tyre and extending operational longevity.

Brand Development Timeline
- In 2015, the enterprise settled in Xiamen and Xiamen Aleader Tire & Wheel Industry Co., Ltd. was officially founded, stepping into the R&D and manufacturing track of polyurethane tires.
- In July 2017, all production lines were relocated to Longyan to complete the first round of capacity expansion and build standardized mass-production workshops.
- In July 2020, Longyan Aleader Tire & Wheel Industry Co., Ltd. was registered, enriching the full-range manufacturing capacity for wheel assemblies.
- In March 2023, our subsidiary settled in Xiamen Rare Earth Materials Research Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences, to build a joint R&D laboratory and realize industrial transformation of research achievements.
- In May 2023, Longyan Aleader New Materials Co., Ltd. settled in Longyan Innovation Industrial Park, establishing a new base for new material research and large-scale production.
- We have also set up the Xiamen R&D Branch and Xinyonghua HVAC Polyurethane Board Branch, forming an integrated industrial layout: Xiamen R&D Headquarters, Longyan tire production base and supporting material factory.


Academic Joint Innovation & Professional R&D Talent Support
We build long-term deep technical partnerships with two top-tier academic research institutions: Sichuan University College of Polymer Science and Engineering, and the Institute of Rare Earths under Chinese Academy of Sciences. A formal joint R&D laboratory was jointly established with the Xiamen Rare Earth Research Institute in 2023, dedicated to developing proprietary modified polyurethane formulas and realizing industrial transformation of laboratory polymer research outcomes. Professor Tang Jialing from Sichuan University's polymer faculty joins our technical iteration team to guide raw material formula optimization and product structural upgrading. Our in-house R&D team accumulates over 20 years of frontline polyurethane molding experience, focusing on developing low-density lightweight foam, wet anti-slip wheel formulations and puncture self-sealing tire materials to break through traditional PU product performance limitations. 学研联

We focus on the R&D and manufacturing of self-developed polyurethane products with five core product lines. Specifications, tread patterns and material hardness of all series can be adjusted upon customized requests.
- PU microcellular elastomer solid tires (core product) Suitable for electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters, off-road equipment and mobile robots. The honeycomb microcellular structure delivers flat-free and puncture-proof performance. Flatter contact surfaces and deep off-road treads are available for customization.
- High-resilience PU cushion products Seats, backrests and armrests for medical equipment, as well as cushion components for child safety seats. We are a long-term foam supplier of memory pillows for global brand Sealy.
- Integrally molded PU skin-foam parts Armrests for medical devices, handles for walkers and casings of child seats, featuring wear-resistant compact surface and excellent inner shock absorption.
- Soft PU foam materials Lining for rehabilitation braces and buffer pads for machinery with adjustable density and softness.
- Rigid PU foam fillers for carbon-fiber wheelchairs Applied in lightweight carbon-fiber wheelchair frames, fishing tackle and aeromodelling structures to reduce overall equipment weight. We also develop cutting-edge new products including anti-slip wet-terrain tires, lightweight low-density tires, ETPU composite filled tires and self-sealing puncture-resistant tires for overseas off-road equipment and premium lightweight wheelchair markets.


Product performance tests are mainly carried out in our independent on-site quality inspection laboratory instead of fully relying on third-party institutions. The lab is equipped with Akron abrasion testers, bump durability test benches, impact testers, salt spray aging chambers, temperature & humidity cycling cabinets, universal tensile testers, gravel road simulators and rolling flatness testers. We operate under the ISO9001:2015 quality management system and complete standardized management documents, covering incoming raw material inspection, in-process patrol inspection, finished product delivery standards, non-conforming product disposal and closed-loop customer feedback management. Test records are archived from raw material warehousing to finished product loading. All standard products comply with RoHS and REACH regulations. Products for children obtain German GS certification. Tires for rehabilitation mobility equipment meet the international wheelchair standard ISO7176 and domestic testing requirements.
