We build long-term deep technical partnerships with two top-tier academic research institutions: Sichuan University College of Polymer Science and Engineering, and the Institute of Rare Earths under Chinese Academy of Sciences. Our in-house R&D team accumulates over 20 years of frontline polyurethane molding experience, focusing on developing low-density lightweight foam, wet anti-slip wheel formulations and puncture self-sealing tire materials to break through traditional PU product performance limitations.


Independent Customer Service Division & Diversified Order Modes
The enterprise divides business functions reasonably, separating customer support from the sales team to build an independent customer service section with exclusive service workflows. This team takes charge of full-dimension client services including pre-order technical drawing communication, sample progress tracking, bulk order production scheduling follow-up and post-delivery assembly troubleshooting. We support flexible order modes to fit different buyer demands: small trial batches for new product prototype testing, medium replenishment orders for brand distributors, and large-scale full OEM mass production for complete machine manufacturers. Our annual output reaches around 2 million sets of PU tires and matched foam accessories, with stable delivery capacity to support long-term bulk stocking cooperation of global partners.
