2. Aleader Tire Custom New Product Development Flow

A. Project Evaluation

We start by analyzing your technical drawings, physical samples or custom demand details. Our engineers will complete product design, parameter calculation and initial technical assessment, then share all documents with you for review and final confirmation.

B. Technical Document Output

Once you sign off on the preliminary design, we will produce full technical drawings including mold schematics, assembly fitting diagrams and finished product specs, alongside standardized production parameters.

C. Mold Manufacturing & Initial Trial

We forward finalized mold drawings to our mold workshop for tooling production. A 50% mold deposit is required from your side before we start mold fabrication. After mold completion, we conduct initial mold trial runs, adjust mold details and produce trial samples for full performance testing.

D. Formal Sample Confirmation

We finish official pre-production samples and send them to you for visual, size and function validation.

E. Small Batch Pilot Run

After you approve the samples, we suggest a small trial order. This pilot production helps us verify mass production stability, lock the official product drawings, and seal the reference samples for both parties to archive.

F. Official Mass Production

We proceed with formal bulk manufacturing following the mutually agreed standards. You will complete final mold acceptance inspection, then settle the remaining 50% mold balance payment once inspection passes.

3. Strict Raw Material QC for Flat-Free Tires

A. PU Foam Raw Material

Sourcing: All PU chemical raw materials are sourced from globally reputable suppliers: DOW, BASF and Air Products, to guarantee consistent foam elasticity and durability.

Incoming Inspection: Every incoming material batch undergoes random cup foaming testing to verify foaming quality before entering production lines.

B. Rubber Outer Tires

Sourcing: Our outer rubber tires are supplied by well-known industry manufacturers Cheng Shin and INNOVA for stable rubber quality.

Incoming Inspection: Each batch gets full physical inspection to spot defects like surface yellowing, cracks, dents or shape deformation.

C. Wheel Supporting Accessories

Standard Compliance: All supporting hardware - nylon rims, aluminum rims, steel hubs, axles and fastening screws - fully comply with the ISO 7176 mobility equipment safety standard.

Full Incoming Testing: We run multi-dimensional checks for every accessory:

Visual appearance, dimensional tolerance and coating adhesion test

Long-term reliability tests: tensile strength, anti-impact performance and salt spray corrosion resistance
