Foam Filled Tire

Foam Filled Tyre is a maintenance‑free, airless solution designed for electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters, industrial carts, AGVs, and other equipment. Instead of a traditional air‑filled inner tube, we use high‑resilience polyurethane (PU) foam as the filler material, eliminating punctures, air leaks, and the need for regular pressure checks.

This is not a simple solid tire. It features a dual‑construction: a durable rubber outer casing + a micro‑cellular PU foam core. The rubber layer provides abrasion resistance, grip, and UV protection; the PU foam core delivers cushioning, shape recovery, and consistent elasticity. The result is a tire that rides nearly as comfortably as a pneumatic tire, yet requires zero maintenance.

Micro‑Structure of Our PU Foam Filled Tire
