The Assembly Process of Wheelchair Wheels and Tyres
A. The assembly of the bearings;
- Install the bearing pressing tooling on the assembly machine;
- Place the lower bearing rim, bushing and bearing;
- Start the pneumatic switch to complete the bearina pressing operation.
B. The Assembly of the solid tyre and rim;
- Install the tire pressing tooling on the assembly machine;
- Place the rim on the lower tooling, put on the conical tooling and then put on the PU tire;
- Start the pneumatic switch to complete the tire pressing operatio.

Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory and can export independently.
Q: Where is your factory located? Can I visit?
A: Our factory is located in Longyan City, Fujian Province, China. Our Office is located in Xiamen City, Fujian Province. All our clients are warmly welcomed to visit us!
Q: What are your trading terms?
A:
1) Lead Time: Normally 30-35 days after receiving deposit.
2) Payment Terms: T/T (bank transfer), 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
3) Price Terms: FOB, CNF, and CIF.
4) Sample policy: Samples are always available for each model. Samples can be ready within 7 days upon receiving the sample payment.

Q: How can I get samples?
A: We charge sample fees and freight charges and deliver the sample by express via UPS, FEDEX, DHL etc. Freight charges are to be paid by the customer.
