1. Product Features & Applications
Our foam‑filled (FF) tires consist of a rubber outer casing with a micro‑cellular polyurethane elastomer core. They don't require air, won't puncture, and need minimal maintenance.
Common applications include wheelchairs, mobility scooters, strollers, AGVs, tool carts, and sports equipment. They look like standard rubber tires but eliminate the common issues with pneumatic ones - flats, slow leaks, and frequent pumping.
2. Production Process: Spin‑Cast Molding
We use a spin‑casting method to fill the tires with PU foam. This process distributes the material evenly - the tread area becomes dense and firm, while the sidewall stays flexible for better cushioning. The result is consistent performance and a comfortable ride.
3. What We Offer
Full‑scope support – We handle purchasing, production, QC, logistics, documentation, and warranty follow‑up.
OEM / ODM – We can develop new models to your specs. Tooling charges may apply for new designs - we'll confirm case by case.
Warranty – One year on most models, with spare parts available.
4. Assembly Process
Step 1 – Preparation
Prepare semi‑finished tires, rims, hardware (screws, nuts, etc.), and set up the assembly machine.
Step 2 – Assembly
Mount the tire onto the rim following our standard assembly procedure for filled tires.
Step 3 – Inspection & Finishing
Each finished wheel is checked for side impact resistance and runout. Once it passes, it moves to cleaning and packaging.
