The Xiamen tire processing entity finished business registration and launched formal order production in November 2017. All manufacturing equipment was fully transferred to our self-owned standard Longyan industrial park in July 2017 for capacity upgrading. A dedicated tire subsidiary was registered in July 2020 to build exclusive automatic production lines for rehab tires. Our Xiamen research station settled in CAS joint lab in March 2023, and Aleader Longyan settled in local industrial park in May the same year, launching mobility PU tire and ventilation board production lines simultaneously to finish dual-base layout.

Managed under overall General Manager supervision, four supervisors take charge of R&D, commercial development, general administration and intelligent manufacturing, plus a full-time QA supervisor to oversee all inspection links. Every business unit is split into specialized teams with non-overlapping duties. R&D covers styling, formula optimization, process development and new project groups; marketing separates global sales and client liaison teams; admin manages finance, HR, procurement and storage; production controls scheduling and equipment maintenance; QA runs full inspection from incoming goods to internal system audit.
