1. What Are Non-Marking Tires

Non-marking tires are designed specifically for indoor use. They will not leave black marks, stains or rubber residues on floors such as in homes, hospitals, shopping malls and warehouses. With a softer rubber compound, the tires roll smoothly and protect floors effectively during daily use.

We took part in REHACARE International 2023 in Düsseldorf, Germany. We communicated face-to-face with global buyers and displayed our complete range of wheelchair and mobility scooter tires.

3. Features & Advantages of PU Foam Tires

3.1 High Safety & Zero Maintenance

Our PU foam tires are solid and flat-free. There is no inner tube, so they will never go flat, leak air or get punctured easily. Users do not need to spend time on regular inflation or maintenance, ensuring safe and hassle-free daily use.

3.2 Super Noise Reduction & Shock Absorption

Made of microcellular PU foam material, these tires have good flexibility and resilience. The internal porous structure helps absorb road vibration and rolling noise. Compared with ordinary solid tires, our PU tires run much quieter and offer a more comfortable riding experience.

3.3 Eco-Friendly & Harmless

We adopt water-based foaming technology without harmful HFCS foaming agents, which causes no harm to the ozone layer. The PU material is safe, mildew-resistant and non-toxic, complying with international environmental protection requirements for medical and mobility equipment.

3.4 Excellent Durability & Weather Resistance

PU foam tires feature good wear resistance, aging resistance, ozone resistance, oil resistance and weather resistance, and can withstand mild acid and alkali environments. The material structure remains stable under daily indoor and outdoor use. Under normal usage conditions, the service life can reach more than 5 years, which is more durable than ordinary pneumatic tires.

4. Solid Tire Assembly Process

A. Preparation: We prepare semi-finished tires, wheel rims, screws, nuts and other accessories in advance. Assembly machines are checked and calibrated before mass production to ensure stable assembly quality.

B. Assembly: All tires are assembled according to standard factory procedures. We strictly control fitting tolerance to ensure the tire and rim fit tightly without loosening or deformation.

C. Finished Product Inspection & Packaging: Each finished wheel is tested for side impact and running roundness. Unqualified products will be rejected and reworked. Only qualified products are cleaned and packed before shipment.

5. Flat-Free Tire Material & Quality Control

A. PU Material

a. Raw Material Sourcing: Our core PU raw materials are sourced from reliable international brands including DOW, BASF and Air Products. Stable raw material quality ensures consistent tire hardness, elasticity and wear resistance in every batch.

b. Incoming Quality Inspection: For every incoming material batch, we conduct random cup foaming tests on site. We check foaming uniformity, density and surface condition to filter out unstable materials.

B. Rubber Tire

a. Sourcing Standard: We cooperate with well-known rubber tire suppliers Cheng Shin and INNOVA to guarantee stable and reliable rubber outer tire quality.

b. Incoming Visual & Physical Inspection: We check each batch of rubber tires for yellowing, scratches, cracks and deformation. Defective goods will be returned directly to suppliers.

C. Supporting Accessories

a. Qualification Standard: All supporting accessories such as nylon rims, aluminum rims, steel rims, axles, hubs and screws fully meet ISO 7176 wheelchair safety standards.

b. Comprehensive Incoming Inspection: We check accessory size, surface finish and coating firmness. We also perform regular tests on tensile strength, impact resistance and salt spray resistance to ensure long-term service stability.

6. Factory Strength & Qualification

We specialize in flat-free wheelchair and mobility scooter tires. Our product sizes range from 3-inch to 26-inch, covering PU foam tires and foam-filled tires. We support regular batch production and customized OEM orders.
