1. About Aleader Tire

We manufacture foam‑filled tires, PU solid tires, rubber tires, and other polyurethane components for wheelchairs. Our product range covers sizes from 3 to 26 inches.
We hold ISO 9001:2015 certification, and our materials comply with RoHS 2.0 and REACH requirements.
We have supplied to brands including Sunrise, Pride, Golden Technologies, Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare, Kymco, Roma Medical, and LG.

2. Quality Control – Material Sourcing

A. PU Materials

We source our chemical raw materials from well‑established suppliers such as DOW, BASF, and Air Products.

For each incoming batch, we perform random cup‑foaming tests to verify consistency.

B. Rubber Tires

Our rubber tires are purchased from Cheng Shin and INNOVA – both recognised names in the industry.

Incoming inspection covers visual checks for yellowing, damage, and deformation.

C. Components

All purchased parts (nylon rims, aluminum rims, steel rims, axles, hubs, screws, etc.) meet ISO 7176 standards.

Incoming inspections include coating adhesion, dimensional accuracy, and visual appearance. We also conduct reliability tests such as tensile strength, impact resistance, and salt‑spray corrosion resistance.
