Foam-Filled Tire (short for FF Tire) is composed of a rubber outer tyre with microcellular polyurethane elastomer filling inside. Featuring flat-free operation, anti-puncture performance, reliable shock absorption and maintenance-free safety, our foam-filled tires are widely applied to wheelchairs, mobility scooters, strollers, robots, tool carts and sports equipment. The product maintains the appearance customers prefer from conventional rubber pneumatic tires, while overcoming common drawbacks of inflatable tyres: susceptibility to punctures, air leakage, flat tires and frequent maintenance work.
3. Production Technology for Power Wheelchair Tires: Spin-Cast Molding
We adopt spin-cast molding technology for tire foam filling. This technology forms a dense and stable tread zone while retaining flexible sidewalls. The polyurethane foam is distributed evenly and precisely inside the tyre, delivering outstanding shock absorption and consistently smooth riding experience for end users.
4. Quality Control of PU Raw Materials
Sourcing: We source chemical raw materials from reputable global suppliers including DOW, BASF and Air Products.
Incoming Inspection: Random cup foaming tests are carried out for every batch of incoming raw materials to verify quality standards.
