Product Introduction
Our PU foam filled wheel sets are primarily designed as rear wheel replacements for electric wheelchairs. The complete tire assembly features a two-part construction: a tough outer rubber casing paired with a flexible microcellular PU elastic core fully injected within the tire cavity. We source premium outer rubber tires from well-known reliable manufacturers, with Cheng Shin and Innova as our core suppliers. This matching combination preserves the soft riding feel of traditional air tires while removing the risk of punctures, delivering steady load support for long-time wheelchair travel.
PU Material Quality Control
(1) For each incoming material,we will random check its quality by cup foaming.
(2) We purchase the raw materials from the world's famous brands such as Air Products, DOWS and Basf.
