The Process Control In PU Solid Tire Production:
1. Monitoring of machine proportion: Test the ratio of A:B
materials twice a day;
2. Monitoring of material density: The material density shall be tested once every 2 hours;
3. Inspection of tire weight and hardness in process: Sampling inspection shall be conducted every 1 hour;
4. Cleaning and replacement of machine head: Replace the mixing blade every 4 hours and clean the machine head once;
5. Mold cleaning: Clean the mold once a day to ensure the appearance quality of the tire.
6. Cup foaming test: must be carried out for each feeding;
7. Appearance inspection must be carried out when trimming each die. Each mold must be cleaned when removing the mold.
