The Management of Aleader Tire's Molds
In Aleader Tire's factory, all of the molds and other equipments are under strictly management. Here is the procedure of Aleader Tire's molds' management.
1. After the production is completed, the mold must be cleaned and treated with rust prevention,then the mold must be handed over to a special manager for safekeeping;
2. The special manager must confirm whether the mold is cleaned and rust-proofed;
3. The mold maintenance plan needs to be executed once a month;
4. Tire mold maintenance content: rust prevention, lubrication and cleaning.
