The Inpection Items of Aleader Tire's Incoming Material
In order to ensure the high quality and stability of the tire products，Aleader Tire strictly controls the raw materials from the moment it enters the factory. We apply a strict control process for inpecting the incoming raw materials.
1. Rubber tire: Physical appearance (full inspection) and weight (as per AQL);
2. PU material: foaming density check, hardness check sample;
3. Accessories: physical appearance, size.
