Self Test During The PU Tire Production
After the first inspection is qualified, we proceed the pu foaming production. During the productioin process,the production data is detected and recorded every 1.5h, and the quality of the products is checked regularly to ensure it meet the requirements. Whenever the raw material is replaced, it is necessary to dig a filling tire to detect the center hardness of the PU.
The finished product needs to be trimmed, and self-check to confirm whether the appearance of the product meets the quality requirements. After confirming the quality, it is necessary to brand the production batch code, so that each product can be traced.
