The chemical reaction of PU material is an exothermicreaction process. During the production process, the heat will betransferred to the mold, which will increase the mold temperature.The higher the temperature is, the greater the foaming ratio willbe; In the production process of PU material, the material is in thecontinuous mixing state in the material cylinder, the mixingprocess will bring in air, and the density of the material will alsodecrease. Therefore, there will be changes in three technica!indexes for PU tire products:
A. The tire weight will have a tolerance of + /-25g. In this tolerance range, the tire quality can be controlled, and the tolerance also meets therequirements of solid tire quality standards;

B. The hardness value of the tire is within the tolerance range of + /- 5 Shore A. In this tolerance range, the product can be controlled, and the tolerance also meets the requirements of the tire quality standard;

C. Tire size (tolerance of outer diameter +/-3.5mm, tolerance of tire width +/-3mm), within which the product can be controlled, and the tolerance also meets the requirements of tire quality standards.
