10 Inch Flat Free Solid Tires’ secret is in the structure of the material. Thousands of microscopic, honeycomb-like cells are formed by a matrix of tough urethane elastomer. A. Preparation: preparation of semi-finished tires, rims, screws, nuts, etc.; installation and adjustment of assembly machine;
B. Assembling: Assemble the tire according to the standard requirements of the filled tire assembly;
C. Finished product: The finished product needs to be tested for side impact and runout; after passing the test, it can be cleaned and packed.
