How to judge the quality of high-density sponge?
1. Appearance: Except for the special large-pore and random-porous sponges, the more delicate the appearance of the general sponge, the smaller the pores, the better.
2. Hand feel: It can rebound quickly, and a fluffy sponge is better.
3. Tensile properties: A good sponge has at least 80% tensile elongation.
4. Temperature: Good quality sponges have a little smell.
5. Tear strength: good sponge is not easy to tear, and it is not good to break with a touch of a finger. High-grade sofa cushions should use high-density sponges with a density of more than 30 kg/m3, and back pads should use high-density sponges with a density of 25 High density sponge above kg/m³.
The sponge process has been improved, and the density is no longer judged by weight. Instead, a better technical standard is used to judge whether the density of the sponge is a high-density sponge.
