The Brief Introduction of Non Pneumatic Tires

Non-pneumatic tires refer to tires that achieve shock absorption and cushioning performance without resorting to air pressure. Pneumatic tires are pressure-tight air sealed with rubber. When the air is compressed, the collision of air molecules against the container wall is more intense, resulting in increased air pressure, forming macroscopic elasticity. There is no other tire to surpass.

Non-pneumatic tires are tires that do not need to be inflated, do not use air, and only use the tire's own materials and structure to achieve support and cushion performance.

A. Rubber solid tires.

This tire has a history of hundreds of years of production.

The main features are: heavy carcass weight, poor elasticity, high rolling resistance, and large load. It is suitable for vehicles with large moving speed and slow load.

B. Polyurethane tires.

The solid tire made of polyurethane material into foam shape has the advantages of beautiful appearance and light weight, and the disadvantage is can not use for high speed equipment.
