1. Battery
Electric wheelchairs, as the name suggests, batteries are the key to driving electric wheelchairs. The battery price of high-end electric wheelchairs is relatively high in the market. Therefore, the maintenance of batteries is very important during the use of electric wheelchairs. The problem that the battery is more prone is that there is no way to charge it and it is not durable after charging. First, if the battery fails to charge, check whether the charger is normal, and then check the fuse. Small problems basically occur in these two places. Secondly, the battery is not durable after being charged, and the battery is lossy during normal use. Everyone should know this; the battery's endurance will gradually weaken over time. This is normal battery loss; if it occurs suddenly The endurance problem is generally caused by excessive discharge. Therefore, during the use of the electric wheelchair, the battery should be diligently maintained.
2. The Brake
In the control parts of electric wheelchairs, the brake is a very important part, which is closely related to the personal safety of the user. Therefore, it is important to check whether the brakes are normal before using an electric wheelchair. The cause of frequent brake problems is the clutch and rocker. Before each trip with an electric wheelchair, check whether the clutch is in the "ON" position, and then check whether the rocker of the controller bounces back to the middle position. If it is not the two reasons, it is necessary to consider whether the clutch or the controller is damaged. In this case, it is necessary to repair it in time. Never use an electric wheelchair when the brake is damaged.
3. Tyres
Because the tires are directly in contact with the ground and the road conditions are different, the wear and tear of the tires during use is also different. A common problem with tires is through holes. At this time, you must inflate the tire. You must refer to the recommended tire air pressure on the surface of the tire. Then, if you pinch the tire, do you feel it is strong? If you feel soft or your fingers can be pressed in, it may be a leak or a hole in the inner tube. The maintenance of the tires is also very important. Many people find that they cannot go straight after using the electric wheelchair for a period of time. In fact, big problems occur on the tires, such as tire deformation, air leakage, looseness, etc., or the bearings at the wheels. Insufficient lubricating oil, rust, etc. may be the reasons why electric wheelchairs cannot go straight.
