Solid Tires For Bikes

Solid tires for bikes are characterized by long service life, low deformation rate, and reduced vehicle maintenance costs. However, solid tires also have disadvantages: poor shock absorption, and ride slightly heavier than pneumatic.

There are mainly three types of solid tires for bikes.

  1. Foam filled tire

PU Foam Filled Tire consists of two parts: rubber outer tube, microcellular polyurethane elastomer filled or inserted inside. It has the superior performance in the aspects of inflation free, anti- puncture, flat free, good cushioning maintenance free and high security etc and the outer rubber tire can make its performance as close as possible to the air tire.

  2. PU Solid Tire For Bicycles

Polyurethane Tire, made of micro cellular elastomer material, has good resilience. Its micro porous inner wall structure has the effect of shock and sound-absorption, making users feel comfortable while in use.
