Maintenance and Repair of the Mobility Scooters
1. Daily Inspection
Before driving, check the following items. If abnormality is found, please contact the dealer for further inspection or advice before use.

| Speed control handle | Does the scooter move when the handle is pressed? Release the handle completely, does the scooter stop? |
| Motor | Is there abnormal noise? Is the electromagnetic brake working properly? |
| Flywheel mode | Can the flywheel handle work normally? |
| Battery indicator | Is the light on when the power is turned on? Is the remaining power enough? |
| Horn | Does the speaker work? |
| Seat | Can the seat rotate freely? |
| Tire | Check the tires for cracks or other damage? Check tread depth |
| Other | Is there abnormal noise? Is there any oil leakage in the drive box? |
Note:
If abnormal phenomena are found, contact the dealer for further inspection and maintenance.
2. Periodic Inspection Records
In order to ensure that your scooter can better serve you, you should conduct regular inspections. If you find that the mobility scooter is abnormal, please contact the dealer in time.
3. Fuses and Tires
If the fuse turns on the battery charger switch, the LED does not light, check the fuse.
Suggestion:
Before replacing the fuse, you need to remove the steering wheel cover, so you need to ask your dealer for help when checking or replacing the fuse.
Please check the tire tread depth regularly. The condition of the mobility scooter tires depends on how you drive and use the mobility scooter.
If the tread depth is less than 25mm, the tire should be replaced.
4. Maintenance of Mobility Scooters
If you plan to drive on grass, sand, gravel, or other harsh environments, you must often repair the mobility scooter.
Do not use water, oil or other chemical solutions to clean the mobility scooter; make sure not to spray the mobility scooter with a water pipe or faucet, which may cause damage to electrical components and controllers.
Please send the scooter to an authorized dealer for repair and adjustment. Improper adjustment may result in accident or malfunction of mobility scooter function.
Please use a soft, wrung cloth to wipe off dust to keep clean. Use natural or mild detergent to clean the mobility scooter.
5. Storage of Mobility Scooters
Ensure that the mobility scooter is stored under the following conditions:
Make sure the mobility scooter seat is in the "forward" state. Make sure the mobility scooter switch is turned off. Make sure that the scooter is not connected to the charger when it is not in use.
6. Moving
Before moving the mobility scooter, use the ignition key to turn off the power. Before moving, be sure to dismantle the scooter.
Do not lift the bumper of the chassis of the mobility scooter, otherwise it will cause damage or injury.
For insurance purposes, you must seek help when necessary. When moving or lifting the whole car, two people are needed to help. If you are alone, please dismantle the mobility scooter before lifting.
