Nov 2015: Xiamen Aleader Tire & Wheel Industrial Co., Ltd. completed business registration, marking the official launch of brand operations. Jul 2017: All production workshops relocated entirely to Longyan, with exclusive self-built manufacturing premises completed. Jul 2020: Longyan Aleader Tire & Wheel Industrial Co., Ltd. was registered to expand dedicated production capacity for rehabilitation and mobility tires. Mar 2023: The Xiamen subsidiary settled in the CAS Rare Earth Research Institute to co-establish a joint lab, realizing deep integration of industry, academia and research. May 2023: Aleader (Longyan) New Materials Co., Ltd. finished registration and settled in Longyan Innovation Park, fully implementing the industrial layout plan for two core product lines.

These foam core rubber wheel assemblies, abbreviated as FF tyres, adopt a two-layer composite setup comprising wear-resistant rubber casing and integrated microcellular PU elastomer inner filling. Under the Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), we can clearly observe the unique open-cell structure of the PU polyurethane tires from Aleader Tire.
We can also identify the uniformity and stability of the cell distribution, with the majority of cell diameters falling within the range of 50 to 100 micrometers.
