1. Product Introduction
Polyurethane Tire, made of micro cellular elastomer material, has good resilience. Its micro porous inner wall structure has the effect of shock and sound-absorption, making users feel comfortable while in use. With its outstanding performance in noise reduction, the polyurethane tire is used as a super silent tire.
2. The Assembly Process of Solid Tires
A. Preparation: preparation of semi-finished tires, rims, screws, nuts, etc.; installation and adjustment of assembly machine;
B. Assembling: Assemble the tire according to the standard requirements of the filled tire assembly;
C. Finished product: The finished product needs to be tested for side impact and runout; after passing the test, it can be cleaned and packed.
3. Flat Free Tires Material Quality Control
A. PU Material
a. Purchasing: we purchase the chemical raw materials from the world's famous brands such as DOWS,Basf and Air Products.
b. Incoming inspection: for every lot of incoming material,we random check its quality by cup foaming.
B. Rubber tire
a.Rubber tire purchasing: we purchase the famous rubber tire brands: Cheng Shin and INNOVA.
b.Incoming inspection: physical checking including yellowing, damage and
deformation etc.
C. Accessories
a.All of our purchasing accessories (including nylon rims,aluminum rims,steel rims,axle,hub and screws etc.) can meet the standard of ISO7176.
b.Incoming spection: we need to check coating fastness,size and physical appearance; Reliability test includes tensile strength,impact strength and salt spray resistance etc.
4. Packaging and Delivery
Packaging: Generally we use the carton packaging with pallet. We can also pack as per ur requirement.
Shipping: by sea, by air, or international express.
