Founded in Xiamen in 2015, Aleader (Longyan) New Material Co., Ltd. has built a large-scale production base in Longyan. We are a tech-driven new material enterprise centered on polyurethane, integrating formula R&D, customized mold development, mass production and full-range performance testing. We mainly supply customized PU components for rehabilitation aids and mobility equipment, and also develop PU/PIR thermal insulation panels for central air-conditioning ventilation ducts, forming a dual-product layout. Our product portfolio covers 5 major categories: PU microcellular solid tires, high-resilience foam products, integral skin foam parts, PU sponge materials and PU rigid foam inserts for carbon fiber wheelchairs.
All products comply with domestic and international industry standards, including ISO7176 wheelchairs, GB/T18029 rehabilitation aids and GB/T12996 mobility devices. All items pass EU RoHS and REACH environmental tests. Infant-related foam products obtain German GS safety certification, while mobility tires get professional TUV certification, so exported goods skip repeated compliance inspections. Our core R&D team boasts over 20 years of practical experience in polyurethane research. We master core underlying formula technologies including stock solution modification, microcellular foaming, supercritical foaming and self-sealing. Different from ordinary OEM factories, we optimize product performance from the molecular level according to end-use scenarios.
Development History
Nov. 2015: Xiamen Aleader Tire & Wheel Industrial Co., Ltd. was established, with the first pilot production line for PU tires built, officially stepping into the rehabilitation mobility accessory industry.
Jul. 2017: The whole production workshop relocated to Longyan. Factory space was expanded with automatic foaming molding lines added to achieve stable mass supply.
Jul. 2020: Longyan Aleader Tire & Wheel Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded, specializing in tire & wheel production and upgrading wheel rim supporting processing capacity.
Mar. 2023: Xiamen R&D Branch settled in the Rare Earth Research Institute of CAS, and the joint university-enterprise R&D Center was officially inaugurated for collaborative cutting-edge material research.
May 2023: Aleader (Longyan) New Material Co., Ltd. registered in Longyan Innovation Park. The brand entity was upgraded, with new business lines of carbon fiber filled rigid foam and HVAC insulation panels launched.

Product Structure
This foam filled tire adopts a dual-layer composite design:
- Outer Cheng Shin Rubber Casing
- C154 directional tread provides anti-slip traction, wear resistance and outer protection against sharp debris. Moderate rubber hardness balances grip and flexibility for all-season outdoor use.
- Microcellular Polyurethane Foam Core
- High-density resilient PU foam is fully injected into the tire cavity during production. It replaces air as the supporting medium, maintaining consistent shape while keeping elastic cushioning. Uniform foam pores prevent local soft spots that cause unstable rolling.
Unlike pneumatic tires that slowly lose air pressure, the foam core keeps steady elasticity all year round, unaffected by cold winter or hot summer temperatures.
