Polyurethane Foam Tyres (also known as PU foam filled tyres) are high-performance flat-free tires composed of a high-quality rubber outer tire and a microcellular polyurethane elastomer core. They adopt advanced spin-cast molding technology to ensure uniform foaming, strong bonding and stable performance. These tires feature puncture-proof, inflation-free, maintenance-free, excellent cushioning and quiet running, widely used in electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters, strollers, robots, tool carts and medical equipment.
Polyurethane Foam Tyres are non-pneumatic solid tires that use microcellular polyurethane foam instead of air as the supporting structure. The tire consists of two parts: an outer rubber tube for grip and wear resistance, and an inner PU foam core for shock absorption and load-bearing. This structure completely eliminates tire puncture, air leakage and flat troubles, making it the ideal choice for mobility and medical equipment.
