While satisfying customer's esthetic-demand for traditional rubber tires, it also conquers the defects of air-filled tires: the potential risks of easily punctured, gas leakage, flat tire and frequent maintenance.
2. The Assembly Process of Solid Tires
A. Preparation: Preparation of semi-finished tires, rims, screws, nuts, etc.; installation and adjustment of assembly machine;
B. Assembling: Assemble the tire according to the standard requirements of the filled tire assembly;
C. Finished product: The finished product needs to be tested for side impact and runout; after passing the test, it can be cleaned and packed.
3. Manual Wheelchair Wheels' Certificates
All of our products can meet the requirements of ISO7176 standard and have passed the testing requirements of ROHS and REACH. Some of products can even meet the German GS standards for children' products.
