Core Filling Construction Design

 

This tire abandons hollow air cavity design and adopts full internal foam filling molding method. Special closed-cell foaming raw materials are injected into the whole tire body under constant temperature and pressure, so the inner part is fully filled without empty gaps or partial hollow areas. The foam core and outer rubber layer are tightly fused together during integrated molding, there is no risk of internal delamination after long-term rolling, squeezing and twisting. The foam core keeps uniform density all over the tire, which can offer consistent supporting force at every contact position when bearing weight. The whole forming process strictly controls foaming pore size, so the internal foam structure won't shrink, collapse or expand with temperature changes in different seasons.

Daily Road Condition Adaptability

 

Most places where mobility equipment travels are mixed with fine stone chips, broken plastic scraps and thin metal fragments scattered on the ground. Ordinary inflatable tires are easy to be pierced and stop working suddenly, but this foam filled style can avoid such troubles fundamentally. The outer rubber layer has moderate hardness matching inner foam elasticity. When rolling over floor gaps, slight road undulations and gravel ground, the integrated structure can absorb jolts softly without obvious bumping feeling during riding. The tread surface keeps balanced friction force, it won't slide sideways when slowing down or turning on flat ground and gentle slopes, and the rolling resistance will not be too heavy to push the equipment laboriously. Running noise is kept low, suitable for indoor rest areas and quiet public spaces.

Long Time Stable Wear Resistance

 

The matching formula of outer rubber and inner foam is adjusted according to long-term repeated rolling scenes. The outer rubber surface is added with anti-wear auxiliary ingredients, daily continuous reciprocating use will not quickly wear thin or form irregular concave marks on the tread. Under standard load limits, even if the tire bears static pressure for days on end, the foam filling inside will not produce permanent indentation. After months of daily use, the overall circular outline of the tire can still be maintained completely, and the rolling hand feel will not become stiff or lagging over time. No frequent replacement of tires is needed for equipment used every day, effectively cutting repeated purchasing expenditure for users and institutions.

Zero Routine Upkeep Feature

 

Different from pneumatic tires that need regular air pressure inspection and leakage repair, this foam filled tire has no air storage space inside, so there is no follow-up maintenance work after installation. There is no need to prepare air pumps, repair glue or spare inner tubes for later use. For nursing rooms, community activity halls and household long-term use, the tedious inspection and maintenance work can be omitted completely. Even after long-time outdoor wind and sun exposure, the integrated tire body will not leak air or break suddenly, users can travel without worrying about midway equipment failure.

Our Developmental Footprint & Dual-Base Operation Mode

We kicked off our business in Xiamen in 2015, aiming to create high-performance polyurethane products that improve the safety and comfort of mobile equipment for global users. Starting out as a dedicated PU wheel maker, we have now developed into a fully-fledged industrial company.

We run a large manufacturing plant in Longyan, and our core research team works at the Xiamen Institute of Rare Earth Materials under the Chinese Academy of Sciences, keeping pace with leading material technology trends.

Major development milestones: 2015 | Foundation of Xiamen Aleader Tire Co., Ltd. 2017 | Production base relocated to Longyan for expanded output. 2020 | Establishment of Longyan Aleader Tire Co., Ltd. to scale up manufacturing. 2023 | We set up a joint research institute with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and registered Aleader (Longyan) New Material Co., Ltd., evolving into a comprehensive new material solution provider.

With our combined R&D and production layout across Xiamen and Longyan, we successfully convert state-of-the-art research findings into premium products for clients worldwide.

 

In-House R&D Team & Off-Campus Technical Joint Labs

 

Our core technical staff accumulates over two decades of hands-on experience in polyurethane formula tuning and foaming molding technology. Instead of relying solely on internal trials, we establish long-term stable technical cooperation with two top academic institutions to break through material performance bottlenecks.

We build shared joint laboratories alongside the polymer engineering faculty of Sichuan University and the Rare Earth Materials Research Institute under the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Industry technicians and university professors carry out joint testing, material modification and new product development together. Professor Tang from Sichuan University's polymer department participates in our material optimization projects on a regular basis.

This industry-university collaborative model helps us continuously upgrade existing products and launch iterative new styles including lightweight modified tires, wet anti-slip wheel parts and self-repair filling tires. All patented material formulas derived from joint labs are applied to our mass-produced goods, maintaining differentiated product advantages in the market.

Full-Spectrum PU Product Matrix & Downstream Application Fields

We develop diversified polyurethane finished goods targeted at different industry end-users, with tire products accounting for the largest share of overall sales. Our complete product lineup covers microcellular elastic wheel parts, high-rebound foam blanks, integral skin molded components, soft sponge raw materials and lightweight rigid foam fillers for carbon composite mobility gear.

Our finished goods supply numerous well-known brands across different sectors. The microcellular solid wheel series maintains long-term matching cooperation with manufacturers of electric mobility aids and intelligent robots. High-resilience foam blanks are designated suppliers for an international top bedding brand. Custom integral skin parts are widely adopted on medical equipment armrests, seat cushions and child safety accessories. Rigid foam fillers are mainstream supporting materials for carbon fiber wheelchairs, fishing tackle and model aircraft crafts.

Every product's material hardness, density and wear resistance are calibrated according to real working environments of downstream clients, avoiding over-design or insufficient performance in actual use scenarios.

 

Independent Testing Workshop & Full-Round Performance Verification

We build a dedicated closed testing workshop inside the Longyan production park, equipped with more than ten sets of high-precision professional testing instruments, covering abrasion measurement, impact resistance evaluation, salt spray aging, UV resistance, rolling stability and pressure recovery testing.

Before each batch of finished goods is delivered, inspectors implement three rounds of sequential checks: raw material incoming sampling, semi-finished product spot inspection and finished product full performance test. All our wheel and foam articles pass global environmental evaluation standards RoHS and REACH. Mobility equipment tires obtain TUV certification; child-related foam products meet German GS safety criteria; rehabilitation auxiliary parts comply with ISO7176 and domestic GB industry standards.

Complete testing records, parameter reports and certification documents can be provided to all cooperative purchasers for market filing and inspection clearance.

Standardized Internal Operation & Dedicated Client Service Team

The enterprise establishes clear hierarchical department division and complete standardized operation documents complying with ISO9001 quality management certification requirements. Separate teams take charge of raw material procurement, project R&D, on-site production scheduling, quality inspection and logistics warehousing, with clear responsibility boundaries for every post.

We set up an independent client support group that operates separately from the sales department, focusing exclusively on pre-order technical consultation, order progress tracking, on-site installation guidance and post-delivery problem feedback handling. All customer communication processes are recorded and archived following standardized procedures, enabling rapid response to all types of demands raised by partners.
