How To Check The Air Void Inside Foam Filled Tyres After Foaming PU?
a.Technology: we do a full tire shaping process before production. Our filling process uses centrifugal rotation to uniformly fill the PU raw materials into the tires and fully realize complete bonding between the tire and PU Foam, thus avoiding any air voids inside.
b. Every time replacing the material or starting the machine, we will cut one tire to check the inside of the tire to ensure there are no air voids or separations in the product.
