1. How to avoid the air void inside the puncture proof tires after pu filling?
A.Technology: we do a full tire shaping process before production. Our filling process uses centrifugal rotation to uniformly fill the PU raw materials into the tires and fully realize complete bonding between the tire and PU Foam, thus avoiding any air voids inside.
B. Every time replacing the material or starting the machine, we will cut one tire to check the inside of the tire to ensure there are no air voids or separations in the product.
2. The Process Control of Puncture Proof Tire's Production
A. Monitoring of machine proportion; Test the ratio of A: B materials twice a day;
B. Monitoring of material density: The pu material density shall be tested once every 2 hours;
C. Inspection of PU puncture proof tire weight and hardness in process; Sampling inspection shall be conducted every 1 hour;
D. Cleaning and replacement of machine head; Replace the mixing blade every 4 hours and clean the machine head once;
E. PU tire mold cleaning: Clean the tire mold once a day to ensure the appearance quality of the pu tire;
F. Cup foaming test must be carried out for each feeding;
G. The apperance inspection of pu tire per mold must be carried out when trimming; Every mold must be cleaned when removing it.
