Founded in Xiamen in 2015, Aleader devoted itself to R&D and manufacturing of new polyurethane materials, then built self-owned standardized manufacturing parks in Longyan to form two core hubs for research and mass delivery. The group runs two differentiated independent business units. Its Xiamen R&D branch settles in the research platform of CAS Haixi Rare Earth Institute to communicate with material experts regularly and launch long-term industry-university-research projects. Two workshops operate in Longyan: the main workshop mass-produces full PU fittings for mobility aids, while Xinyonghua branch develops PU/PIR ventilation insulation boards for central air conditioning, supplying duct accessories and on-site installation guidance to accept custom orders for two industries concurrently.
Revenue Distribution & Application Scenarios of Five PU Categories
The revenue proportion of five core PU products is distinct: microcellular solid tires account for 70% of total shipments, high-resilience foam blanks and integral skin accessories each take up 10%, PU sponge raw materials and rigid fillers for carbon wheelchairs each make up 5%. Micro solid wheels serve leading manufacturers of electric wheelchairs and intelligent robots worldwide long-term; high-resilience foam materials steadily supply global Sealy memory pillow lines; integral skin parts can be customized for medical armrests and infant safety seats; rigid fillers fit carbon wheelchairs, competitive fishing tackle and lightweight aircraft model parts.
School-enterprise Co-research Platform & Expert Technical Backing
In 2023, we built a standard shared R&D lab together with Xiamen Rare Earth Institute, CAS, developing patented new polymer materials for mass production relying on shared lab space. We also maintain long-term in-depth technical cooperation with Professor Tang's research team from Sichuan University to tackle two core topics: modified polyurethane and innovative foaming systems. Our internal R&D team has over 20 years of hands-on PU manufacturing experience, capable of independently finishing formula iteration, custom mold development and full-range product upgrading.
