In November 2015, the Xiamen tire manufacturer finished business registration and officially launched bulk supply services. In July 2017, all full-set production equipment of the whole factory was relocated to our self-owned Longyan plant to complete the first round of capacity expansion and upgrade. A wholly-owned tire subsidiary was registered in July 2020, with exclusive automatic molding production lines for rehabilitation equipment added. In March 2023, the Xiamen tire R&D branch settled in CAS Rare Earth Institute to build a joint laboratory. In May of the same year, Aleader Longyan New Materials settled into the local innovation industrial park, with two main production lines for PU mobility tires and ventilation insulation boards put into operation at the same time, fully realizing dual-industry layout.
Full-function Flat Internal Control Framework
The enterprise adopts a general manager-led overall management mode, with four supervisors in charge of R&D, business, general administration and production, plus an independent quality supervisor to uniformly control full-process inspection work. Every business line is split into independent teams without overlapping responsibilities: the R&D department divides product styling, formula research, process debugging and new project groups; the business department separates marketing, customer liaison, domestic and overseas sales teams; administration manages finance, procurement & warehousing, HR and logistics; the production department controls workshop manufacturing, production scheduling and equipment maintenance; the quality management department covers system management, finished product inspection and full quality engineering procedures.
