In November 2015, the Xiamen tire operating entity finished business registration and officially launched bulk custom orders. In July 2017, all full-set production equipment was relocated to self-owned Longyan plant to finish the first round of capacity expansion. A wholly-owned tire subsidiary was registered in July 2020, with exclusive automatic molding lines for rehabilitation products added. In March 2023, the Xiamen R&D branch settled in CAS research base to build a shared joint lab. In May of the same year, Aleader Longyan settled into local innovation park, putting PU mobility tire and insulation board core production lines into operation to fully realize dual-industry parallel layout.

The revenue structure of five core PU product lines is distinct: microcellular solid tires account for 70% of total shipments, high-resilience foam blanks and integral skin accessories each take up 10%, PU sponge raw materials and rigid fillers for carbon wheelchairs each make up 5%. Micro solid wheels steadily support leading manufacturers of electric wheelchairs and intelligent robots worldwide long-term; high-resilience foam materials continuously supply global Sealy memory pillow production lines; integral skin parts can be customized for medical armrests and infant safety seats as required; rigid filling components fit competitive fishing tackle and lightweight aircraft model parts.

The enterprise adopts a general manager-led overall management mechanism, with four supervisors in charge of R&D innovation, business expansion, general logistics and intelligent manufacturing, plus a chief quality supervisor to uniformly govern full inspection work. Every business unit is split into independent teams without overlapping work. The R&D segment divides product styling, raw formula deployment, process debugging and new project teams; the business segment separates brand promotion, global sales and client technical liaison groups; administration manages finance, HR, procurement and warehousing; production controls scheduling, workshop manufacturing and equipment maintenance; quality management covers incoming screening, workshop patrol, full finished testing and system internal audit.
